This national provider of Physical Therapy services seeks a PT for one of their centers in a major Texas city. 100% Occupational Medicine/Rehab outpatient clinic. MF 9am6pm. New grads will be considered. SIGNON BONUS: $5K. Monthly incentive potential: $500.00. CEU Reimbursement: must be an active employee for 90 days before eligible to use eligible for up to $700.00 per calendar year toward CEUs. Paid for the days off work to attend education. Professional liability insurance: reimbursed for by the company from first day of employment upon submitted receipt. Professional licensing fees and association dues: reimbursed by the company upon submitted receipt. Group Medical,Dental,Vision,Life and ShortTerm Disability. Coverage begins the first of the month following three full 3 months of employment. 401k: Employees are eligible to join the plan and contributions will begin on the first paycheck of the month following 1 full month of employment.
