Texas RN Operating Room Supervisor. We are looking for an RN with a BSN to provide leadership on the night shift in the Operating Room of our level one Trauma Center. The OR consists of 44 suites. On an average we run two ORs per night and have the potential to run four if needed. In the role of Supervisor,you will have the privilege of managing six direct reports as well as providing indirect supervision to a multidisciplinary team of Anesthesia,Central Supply and Environmental Services staff that partner with the OR to provide exemplary care to our patients. The night shift is a great shift to supervise and allows you to have your mornings free not to mentionno more weekends since this is a MondayFriday position.
